Jason Berger

Title: President

Jason Berger, a proud native Texan, graduated from Texas A&M University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Distribution. With a career spanning over two decades in the distribution industry, Jason has dedicated his professional life to excellence in this field.

Before joining Groves as Vice President in 2021, he spent 20 years with a nationwide hydraulic distributor, where he held key roles including Director of Corporate Operations and Vice President of Sales and Operations. In March 2023, Jason was appointed President of Groves, where he continues to lead with vision and integrity.

Dave Marstall

Title: Executive Vice President

With 18 years of experience in the industrial distribution industry, David Marstall has built a distinguished career marked by strategic leadership and financial expertise.

He spent 16 years at Sysco Food, where he honed his skills in finance, culminating in a role as Chief Financial Officer. In July 2022, Dave transitioned to Groves, bringing his wealth of experience to the team. As Executive Vice President, he is dedicated to driving innovation and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring that Groves continues to thrive in a competitive landscape

Jeremy Johnson

Title: Director of Operations

Jeremy Johnson graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and a Supply Chain Management Certification. Bringing 10 years of experience, he joined Groves in December 2019 as a buyer. His dedication and expertise led to subsequent promotions and he is now the Director of Operations.

He has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and enhancing customer service through process development. He is passionate about continuous improvement and delivering exceptional value.

Darryl Thompson

Title: Director of Sales - APS

With 30 years of dedicated experience in the industry, Darryl Thompson has been an integral part of Groves Industrial since the beginning of his career.

Throughout his journey, Darryl has always found immense satisfaction in working closely with customers to solve their problems. He views each challenge as a puzzle and each solution as a victory, transforming frustration into satisfaction. This passion for making a difference continues to drive him, as he eagerly anticipates the next challenge.

David King

Title: Sales Director

David King, Sales Director, holds an undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and a Master’s in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M. With extensive experience in sales and operations management, David has worked on both the manufacturer’s representative and distribution sides of the business.

He thrives on collaborating with customers, vendors, and the sales team to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. His commitment to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service is at the core of his professional approach

Chris Muller

Title: Inside Sales Manager

Chris Muller, Inside Sales Manager, began his career in the early 2000s in a warehouse and has since held various positions at Groves since then - including purchasing, inside sales, account manager, and inside sales metalworking specialist. His diverse experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

His passion for both his professional and personal life drives his commitment to excellence in all that he does.
