To make a bill-to or ship-to tax exempt, a tax-exempt certificate must be faxed to our Tax Department at 800-343-8923 or emailed to ar@grovesindustrial.com. Be sure to include your account number if available.
To make an item on your tax-exempt order taxable, simply answer the "tax-exempt" question for the respective line item from your shopping cart. The order must be placed using a tax-exempt shipping address.
If someone leaves the company, the Administrator of your grovesindustrial.com account should deactivate the user on the account. Each requester can view who has administrative rights, as well as all roles of users by clicking the Submitted Carts link from under the My Shopping Options menu from the left navigation and then clicking on ‘Order Approval Settings’. Buyers can choose ‘Pending My Approval’ then ‘Order Approval Settings’ to see who has administrative rights. If you cannot contact your Administrator, call Customer Service at 800.343.8923.

To find the location and inventory of a specific product, log in to grovesindustrial.com, ensure you have a defaulted ship-to location with the exception of a P.O. Box, then search for an item and view our search results. Real-time inventory will be viewable as well as the location of the inventory. We also note if pickup is available. This information is available on the Product Detail page as well. Inventory is subject to prior sale.
